JLL advised private investors on the sale of an extensively refurbished office building with renowned tenants, located in Zurich’s CBD.

The building located on Dreikönigstrasse 24 / Beethovenstrasse 33 in Zurich was completely refurbished between 2013 and 2016 and contains six upper floors, one attic floor and several basements with 62 indoor parking spaces. The overall area of c. 5,700 m² area is let to renowned companies.
