JLL advised on the sale of a property company in Lausanne

JLL advised Valotel, a European hotel group, on the sale of EDDC SA.

The transaction included the sale of 100% of the shares of EDDC SA, a property company holding a commercial property in the city of Lausanne and an associated hotel development project.

The project consists of a building located on Rue du Petit Rocher in Lausanne, for which a building permit has been obtained. This permit aims at transforming the existing commercial building into a hotel with 124 bedrooms as well as a residential condominium building with 17 apartments.
