JLL acted as an exclusive tenant representation advisor for the relocation of ING's Geneva offices.

The substantial growth of ING’s business out of Geneva in the last years led to a need for bigger office space. The bank decided to leave its very centrally located offices at Rue Petitot in the banking district and move into offices at Avenue des Morgines 8-10 in Petit Lancy.

The building will provide the tenant with over 5,300 m² of modern and comfortable office space of highest standard and offers technical infrastructures adapted to the bank's security requirements.

With this closing and more than 27,000 m² of completed or ongoing projects in total in 2018, JLL is establishing itself as the leading advisor for Tenant’s Representation services in the French speaking part of Switzerland. The JLL advisory team of ING’s relocation project included Anna Briffod and Anna Fauvel.
