Five floors with a total of 1,700 m² of office space were let in the completely refurbished commercial property Brandschenkestrasse 30 in Zurich. The two new tenants - an anchor tenant from the financial industry and a specialised recruitment agency - will move into the upper floor areas during the early summer of 2018.
