Patrik is responsible for the operational management of JLL Switzerland as well as for leading key advisory mandates. As part of the country management, he is also shaping the strategic direction of the company.
Patrik has more than 15 years’ of experience in the real estate industry and has advised on numerous complex property transactions such as the sale and leaseback of the «Uetlihof» building, which is the operational headquarters of Credit Suisse in Zurich. Furthermore, he has extensive experience in the valuation business and in providing property strategy services to corporate clients.
Patrik started his professional career in 2001 as an advisor in the field of Project Management at Ernst Basler + Partner AG, Zurich. In 2005, he joined the real estate team of Ernst & Young AG and later Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie. Corporate Finance, where he held various positions of increasing responsibility. The team from Sal. Oppenheim moved to Jones Lang LaSalle Ltd. in 2011. Patrik has been the Managing Director of JLL Switzerland since its founding in February 2011.
Patrik holds a master’s degree in civil engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Zurich (ETH) and a degree in Real Estate Economics from the European Business School (ebs). He is member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since 2006.
