Role Objectives

In Switzerland, JLL is present with offices in Zurich and Geneva. Its experienced Swiss real estate advisory team provides specialist services for real estate companies, property owners and investors in four main business lines: Transaction Management & Corporate Finance, Real Estate Valuation & Strategic Advisory, Letting & Tenant Representation as well as Project Management for property developments.

For our Transaction Management & Corporate Finance Team, we are looking for a motivated and dynamic full time Senior Transaction Manager located in Geneva.

Accountabilities

As Senior Transaction Manger you will manage and execute transactions from A-Z as “deal captain” in the French-speaking part of Switzerland and work closely together with our team in Zurich:

  • Analysis and valuation of real estate assets including financial modelling of investment cases.

  • Preparing and presenting pitches.

  • Sale of investment properties, real estate portfolios, land and development projects (asset deals) as well as sale of property companies (M&A share deals).

  • Structuring, preparation and execution of sale-and-leaseback transactions.

  • Financial advisory services (debt & equity).

  • Buy-side advisory and commercial due diligence support.

Required Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate has at least four years of professional best-practice experience in the corporate finance industry with a focus on real estate transactions or real estate related corporate transactions (M&A, PE).

  • Master degree in business, finance, accounting or engineering; advanced degrees (e.g. CFA, CAIA) are an advantage.

  • French native speaker, fluent in English; German is a plus.
