Its experienced Swiss real estate advisory team provides specialist services for real estate companies, property owners and investors in four main business lines: Transaction Management & Corporate Finance, Real Estate Valuation & Strategic Advisory, Letting & Tenant Representation as well as Project Management for property developments.

For our Transaction Management & Corporate Finance Team, we are looking for a motivated and dynamic full time Junior Transaction Manager located in Geneva.
As Junior Transaction Manger you will work closely with our experienced Swiss team on transactions and advisory mandates in the French-speaking part of Switzerland:
  • Analysis and valuation of real estate assets including financial modelling of investment cases.
  • Preparation of pitch presentations.
  • Support in the sale of investment properties, real estate portfolios, land and development projects (asset deals) as well as sale of property companies (M&A share deals).
  • Support in the structuring, preparation and execution of sale-and-leaseback transactions.
  • Support in financial advisory services (debt & equity).
  • Support in buy-side advisory mandates and commercial due diligence assistance.
Required Qualifications
  • Master degree in business, finance, accounting or engineering; advanced degrees (e.g. CFA, CAIA) are an advantage.
  • French native speaker, fluent in English; German is a plus.
